Return & Exchange Policy
At zapacks.shop, we are committed to delivering high-quality packaging products. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the custom and wholesale nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Items are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
  • Custom printed or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or opened products

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include the following:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue (product + packaging)
  • Description of the problem
Once verified, we will offer:
  • A replacement, or
  • A refund, depending on the situation
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
  1. Submit a return request (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order for the correct item

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Wait for return authorization before sending any items
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellations
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement
  • After this period, orders may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled
